Initiate Your Request
Log into your OYF Warehouse account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused sports equipment in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Gear
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
